However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase due to product changes such as colour, size, damage to the product or any other product, you may return it to us for a full refund or exchange. Foggmart offers a very flexible return and exchange policy. If you are not satisfied with the order, you can easily return / exchange the product by visiting our website. However, there are some basic rules to be eligible:
- Product must be in original and unused condition with all original tags and labels attached.
- You must request within 7 days of delivery
- If there is a mismatch in any other product, size, colour or design or if any item is missing/incorrect in the combo order, we accept the request
Note: We do not offer returns on bulk orders.
GENERAL RETURNS POLICY
- Return of the Product will be possible only if it is determined that the Product was not damaged while in your possession.
- If the product sent to you by the seller differs from the product ordered by you, such as colour, size, product damaged or any other product, a return of the product is possible.
- In some cases where Seller is unable to process a replacement for any reason, we will provide a refund if Seller does not have the same product in stock.
- When accepting your order, during open box delivery, if you receive a different or damaged product, you will be given a refund. On-the-spot refund for cash-on-delivery orders upon delivery. Once you have accepted open box delivery, no return requests will be processed, except for manufacturing defects. In such cases, these category-specific replacement/refund general terms will apply.
- Products may not be eligible for return in certain cases, including buyer's remorse cases such as the wrong model or colour of the product or the wrong product ordered.
- Wrong Delivery - Customer received delivery message but product was not delivered: If the product was not delivered to you and you received delivery confirmation email/SMS, within 7 days from the date of delivery confirmation for verification by the seller Report the problem within. .
To return an item, please email customer support at [email protected] to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving the RMA number, keep the item safely in its original packaging and wait for our logistics partner to arrive. Our courier partners will collect that product from your doorstep. You can also use the prepaid shipping label attached with your package. Return shipping charges will be paid or reimbursed by the Company.

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
You can refund the product only in these conditions:
- If you have received a damaged product.
- If the colour of the product is different.
- If the product size and design is different.
- If the product is different from the given product's feature and description.
Only during these conditions can your product be returned, but you have to keep in mind that as the product has reached you, you will have to refund it. As soon as the product reaches us, we will examine it as you will tell us what has been lacking in it. If you are found to be right, your money will be refunded step by step or if you wish, you can change it.
Note: Whenever the product is delivered to you, please make a video before opening that packet. If you do not make a video when you open the packet and there is any breakage in the product then it will not be returned. Because you don't have any proof of that product.
